Houma Westphal: Ärztin aus leidenschaft

“Hamami” bedeutet auf Gbaya „Schenk ein Lächeln“. Gbaya ist die Muttersprache der Kinderzahnärztin und Hamami-Gründerin Houma Westphal aus der Provinz Adamoua im Norden Kameruns. Frau Westphal lebt seit über 20 Jahren in Deutschland und praktiziert in Rottweil. Zwei Mal pro Jahr reist sie mit ihren Kollegen auf eigene Kosten nach Kamerun, um dort Kinder zu behandeln.

"Hamami" means in Gbaya "Give a Smile". Gbaya  is  Houma Westphal's mother tongue from the Adamoua province in northern Cameroon. Mrs Westphal is a Cameroonian-born pediatric dentist  practicing in Rottweil, Germany. Twice a year she travels with her colleagues at their own expense to Cameroon to treat children born with facial deformations.
